- What are my payment options?
We are pleased to accept e-transfer, major credit cards, cheque or cash as forms of payment.
- How do I make changes my services or schedule?
Flexibility and customization are central to our services so making adjustments to your services and your schedule is easy.
Get in touch with your 4plus Account Advisor (phone, text, email) and let them know. Your done! We handle the rest.
- Who do I call if there is a problem with a service?
Although we work hard to get it right sometimes things don't go as planned.
If there is ever a problem with your services it is our job to sort it out. Contact your 4plus Account Advisor and they will work with the provider to resolve the concern.
- I can't find the service I want on your site - what now?
Don't see the service you're after? We're up for the task. Let us know what you need, we'll see that it happens with the same professionalism, quality and value as all 4Plus services.
We are always looking for new ways to help our clients manage their household tasks and projects more easily so please don't hesitate to ask.
- Can I use my current provider with with 4plus?
We are always looking to add qualified, high performing service providers to our network. If you work with someone currently who fits that description we'd love to know about it so we can talk to them about joining our network.
- Can I pay cash for my services and not pay H.S.T.?
We are happy to accept cash payments but HST is applied to all of our invoices as required by law.
- Why does 4plus use local service providers?
We believe it is important to support local business in the many communities we work in. A stronger local economy benefits everyone in that community - clients included.
Plus, using local resources whenever possible often saves time and money while helping the environment by cutting down on travel time and vehicle emissions.
- Why is it important to hire contractors that carry proper insurance?
The short answer is because you as the homeowner could be held responsible for damages or injury that result from the contractor's actions while on your property.
No one plans on having an accident but they happen. Knowing your contractor has adequate liability insurance should bring you peace of mind knowing if something goes wrong you have recourse.
You can - and should - ask to see the company's Certificate of Insurance (COI) before work starts at your home.
If you're working with 4plus we take care of this step for you. Either way, it is always best to know who is working on your property and what coverages they have in place so you can limit your risk.
